Order Acceptance Policy We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. For credit card payments, such payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honour the credit card for any reason.
Errors in product information In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Shipping LaNoir Saddleworld offers shipping at flat rates depending on the destination and weight. Some items which are light but bulky (ie. PS of Sweden Saddle Pads if you prefer them non-folded) are at a higher weight and expense due to their dimensions. The return shipping is at the customers expense for all regular returns, If the return is a faulty, damaged or an incorrect item, the return shipping costs will be covered by LaNoir Saddleworld. Loss or damage to items during transit is not the responsibility of LaNoir Saddleworld if the Standard Shipping method is chosen. An alternative shipping method may be chosen. Sale Items We do not offer returns on sale or discounted items, including items purchased using a discount code or promo code, or items purchased during a flash sale.
Product Availability We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.
Payment Payment of all items purchased via the online store is credit card, direct deposit or COD on request. Credit cards accepted are visa and mastercard and payment and privacy is secure.
Pricing Pricing of goods is subject to change without prior notice. We will do our best to keep prices current but under some circumstances this is not always possible
Refunds and returns Unless the Customer has inspected the Goods and given written notice within 2 days after collection or delivery that the Goods do not comply with the relevant specifications or descriptions, the Goods are deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition and will not be refunded. Items purchased as a promotion during a sale are not eligible for an exchange. If however the item does not comply we will happily exchange providing the following conditions have been met:
- The item is returned with the original receipt within 7 days of purchase
- Item must be in original condition with all labels attached.
If product is not up to standard proof of this must be shown in via a photo or returned to the store within two days of receiving the item and the faulty item may be returned for a refund. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered), or we can issue you a gift card to use towards your next purchase made in store or online.
Special or Custom Orders Items purchased as a special order, direct for the customer are not eligible for an exchange. Customers will be notified if it is a ‘special order’. There is absolutely no exchange on custom orders including all DeNiro boots and Ogilvy pads unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Personal Information Because of the nature of our business it is necessary to obtain personal information from time to time. We will however not be unduly intrusive nor obtain or use information in an inappropriate manner. We will only ask for and use personal information we reasonably need to conduct our business. If you have received any promotional material and do not wish to receive it then upon letting us know we will not send it to you.
