Snaffle bridles are the most popular type of bridle in the market. They suit most disciplines, riders and their horses. They have one set of reins and usually a simple bit which is either a jointed or a straight mouth piece.
There is a range of different nose bands to suit, including drop, flash, grackle or cavesson as well as new anatomical styles including PS of Sweden High Jump and Michelin.
Snaffle bridles can be leather or synthetic and have rolled or straight cheek pieces, depending on your preferred style. Rolled can look very attractive, however straight fits more snugly to the face and can be considered more comfortable for the horse if the fit is not perfect.
